As a Social Media Marketing Intern at Unfold Solution, you will assist in managing our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will support content creation, posting, engagement, and basic performance tracking while learning practical digital marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing social media marketing activities
- Manage and publish content on social media platforms
- Help create captions, hashtags, reels, and basic creatives
- Support organic and paid social media campaigns
- Respond to comments, messages, and basic user queries
- Monitor engagement and help track performance metrics
- Prepare simple reports and insights
- Research social media trends, competitors, and content ideas
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and improve content strategy
